Terms of Service

The service
BuildSignal provides sales intelligence derived from public permit, inspection, license, and contractor information. Rankings, project stages, contact evidence, and opportunity estimates are planning aids. They are not guarantees, bids, legal advice, credit reports, or representations that a project will proceed.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, authorized company users, and the accuracy of company and outreach information. You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape the application, interfere with other users, or use BuildSignal for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive conduct.
Trial and subscription
The paid plan is $50 per month after a 14-day free trial unless a different price is shown at checkout. A payment method is required to start the trial. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal before renewal; cancellation takes effect according to the billing status shown there. Taxes may apply.
Outreach responsibilities
You control and are responsible for every message sent using information or drafts from BuildSignal. You must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, and professional rules; provide truthful sender information; honor opt-outs; and maintain any required permissions. BuildSignal does not authorize unsolicited bulk messaging.
Availability and changes
Public data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Contractor contact information can change. We may update data sources, rankings, pricing, features, and these terms, and may suspend access to protect users, data, or the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. BuildSignal does not warrant that every lead, contact, estimate, or stage is complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, BuildSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
